Description

Responsibilities:


  • Review, track and enter all reports, overhead and maintenance
  • Enter and balance payroll hours and equipment hours to ensure everyone is accounted for in fatigue management
  • Balance labour, equipment and materials by crossreferencing daily swipe data
  • Effectively communicate and liaison critical information between site and head office
  • Build and maintain relationships with integral team members and the client representatives
  • Manage employee / subcontractor related documentation
  • Complete and submit various internal and client required reports
  • Issue and track purchase orders and corresponding invoicing
  • Maintain and / or create various tracking documents
  • Overall site support for management and crew
  • Building workforce roster and assisting work forecasting as requested
  • Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of organizational information.
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • High attention to detail
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is considered an asset

Qualifications:


  • Work hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Must be willing to work at least 1 Saturday per month
  • 35 years of administration, bookkeeping/accounts payable/general accounting duties
  • Diploma in accounting, finance, or businessrelated field
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office program
  • Able to work under pressure and under strict deadlines
  • Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a preaccess drug and alcohol test
