Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics requirements and develop solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct indepth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
  • Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions and interactive dashboards to enable stakeholders to effectively understand and interpret data.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust business models and predictive analytics solutions to aid decisionmaking and drive business performance.
  • Use predictive modeling techniques in logistics planning and optimization. Validate, test, and update these models to improve accuracy over time.
  • Mine and analyze data from databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree (honours preferred) in computer science, Statistics, Applied Math, Mathematics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms, and creating/running simulations.
  • Proficiency in using statistical computer languages (R, Python/pandas, SQL, SAS etc.) for business/financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with data warehousing/ETL processes and database management systems such as PostGres, MYSQL, SQL.
  • Strong Experience in extracting, preparing, and analyzing large data sets (>100 million records).

Salary:
$75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
