Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team

What will I do?**As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible to develop new business through actively prospecting and meeting with prospective clients to discuss the landscape of their current Group Benefits/Group Retirement program.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

New business development:

Actively prospect and deliver new clients to PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd.
Liaise with prospective clients and insurance carriers through the entire sales process
In conjunction with the Sales Manager and Client Manager, lead all aspects of the sales process through the successful implementation of a new client

What we need from you**:

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls daily
Strong "Hunter" approach to sales with the ability to create, grow and manage your block of business.
Strong communication skills, professional demeanour, and presentation
High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A valid driver's license and vehicle

It's a bonus if you have:

LLQP license or willing to obtain
Knowledge/experience in group benefits and group retirement services
GBA or RPA designation
