The person in this position supports the Signature Service manager and other managers by carrying out clerical and administrative support activities.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities Coordinate delivery of files for the management committee, the coordination committee or other committees.- Prepare and attend various meetings, in particular those held by the management committee.
Draw up records or accounts, and minutes, and ensure they are followed up.- Help organize different events (e.g., team meetings, committees, training sessions, teleconferences, travel, public relations activities).- Help with various internal and external communication activities (e.g., employee meetings, and marketing and promotional activities)- Carry out various administrative tasks related to internal management (e.g., sales tracking, dashboards, expense account monitoring, managing inventory and equipment, employee files, performance appraisals, invoices, budgeting).- Manage and update files (e.g., filing, purging and saving) according to current rules and practices.- Perform various clerical activities, including writing, formatting, updating, producing and editing information documents.- Support the Signature Service manager and other managers by searching for information and assisting with operational processes and IT systems.

- Trade school diploma in a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Specific knowledge- Knowledge of French spelling and grammar rules- Knowledge of philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative- Knowledge of service standards- Knowledge of budgeting system
