- Paid training in Halifax for selected candidates
- Salary $19.38/hr
- Full uniform (shirts, pants, bulletproof vest, coat etc.)
- Non-routine work with variables hours

- Perform the pickup's and delivery of values safely and efficiently for each client
- Reload or perform minor repairs on ABM (automated banking machine) from various financial institutions
- Ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and customers
- Follow established routes and schedules closely
- Drive an armored vehicle and respect road safety at all times
- Load and unload the armored vehicle
- Complete the necessary daily reports and paperwork
- Respect the procedures and regulations initiated by GardaWorld
- Possess the restricted and non-restricted Federal Firearms License (Possession and Acquisition licence-PAL)
- Own a valid driver's license (Level 5) with a maximum loss of 6 demerit points
- Available for day and night shifts on call (casual position, each month must contain a minimum of four (4), twenty-four (24) hour blocks of availability per month)
- Capable to lift loads up to 50 lbs
- Available to work on call for evenings, nights or weekend shifts
- Reliable, conscientious, responsible and committed to safe job performance
- Customer service oriented
- Highly organized and to working with minimal supervision
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and capable to cope with pressure and tight timelines
- Skillful in managing stressful situations
