The SoHo Hotel & Residences, a member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts, is a fully renovated luxury Hotel located in Toronto's Entertainment District.

We offer our guests an unprecedented Hotel experience along with the best Hotel rooms in the city.

As a Guest Services Attendant, your duties include:

Assist guests upon arrival and departure
Provide excellent guest service to internal and external clients in a polite and prompt manner
Handle guest complaints/problems while always striving for guest satisfaction
Support to the Concierge and Front Desk departments to ensure smooth operations including door duties, luggage assistance, parking vehicles & guest amenities
Offer guests information on the hotel and the surrounding area
Coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy environment
Working cooperatively in a team environment
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

The qualifications for this position are:

A valid G class driver's license is a must & ability to drive manual transmission cars
Ability to lift 50lbs
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
A friendly and outgoing personality
The ability to work a variety of morning & afternoon shifts and available Monday to Sunday
