    Description

    The Crew Lead oversees the field crew, serves as the main contact for clients on-site, and participates in physical work at job sites and construction projects. This role involves using various tools, cleaning job sites, and setting up/dismantling event equipment such as structures, tenting, flooring, and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the field crew on-site.
    • Act as a link between sales representatives and clients at the job site.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site.
    • Assist in loading and unloading trucks at job sites.
    • Handle set up and tear down of event equipment including temporary structures, flooring, power, lighting, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
    • Ability to lift items weighing 50+ lbs.
    • Capable of standing for extended periods (minimum 8 hours/day).
    • Previous experience in tent construction and dismantling is a plus.
    • Must clear a pre-employment drug screening.
    • Strong customer service abilities.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Physical capability to walk, climb, and stand for long durations.
    • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Capacity to understand and apply policies and procedures effectively.
