Treasury Manager to support our corporate headquarters located in


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for corporate cash management, banking, and enterprise risk management. These activities will include asset liability management, liquidity risk management, and cash flow and interest expenses forecasting and monitoring.
  • Manage corporate debt portfolio to optimize borrowing structure and interest expense.
  • Monitor, report on and enhance the company's liquidity position via cash flow forecasting and other liquidity metrics.
  • Support debt capital markets analyses, issuances and compliances. Coordinate with legal teams (both external and internal) on new and existing transactions.
  • Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency through technology and process improvements.
  • Modelling, analysis, and reporting of financial risks pertaining to foreign exchange and interest rate exposures working collaboratively with Nissan Sales & Marketing division and the finance captive division Financial Planning group and other functional areas, as applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal business units including Accounting, FP&A and Tax to support new opportunities, and adhoc projects
  • Mentor & train junior staff.
  • Manage adhoc projects and analyses to accomplish departmental and company objectives.
  • Post Secondary Degree with a focus on Business Administration or Accounting/Finance

Minimum Ten years' experience in treasury including proven experience in cash management, capital markets, hedging and financial reporting and analysis.

  • Required to use sophisticated analytical and valuation software, valuation methodologies, and have proficient skills in Excel and Access.
  • Knowledge of securitization structures including legal documents and accounting treatment is required. In addition, a broad understanding of accounting treatments for various funding structures under US GAAP, and IFRS as it relates to financial reporting is expected.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Experience in developing relationship with a variety of internal and external contacts including executives at the international in a fast pace environment.
  • Professional Designation preferred (CPA/CFA/MBA)
