    Description

    One of our top product teams is hiring a Cloud DevOps Developer for an exciting new opportunity to develop, maintain and optimize our Cloud infrastructures.

    This role needs someone who has experience in DevOps practices on AWS/GCP/Azure cloud or private clouds and some experience in software development preferably in python/Go.

    Design and build advanced DevOps solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

    Create and maintain cloud service infrastructure (VMs, kubernetes, networking etc.) through infrastructure as code on Fortinet's private cloud or public cloud.

    Develop and improve our continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless development cycles and high-quality software releases
    Overseeing infrastructure, service reliability, and perform root cause analysis of software, process and service failures.
    Defining and implementing systems/application/error monitoring tool.
    Working knowledge of OpenStack, AWS or other public/private cloud providers
    Advanced knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their deployment and management in production environments
    Advanced knowledge and experience in automation tools Ansible/Terraform tools
    Strong programming/scripting knowledge Bash and Python
    Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking and troubleshooting techniques
    Experience with systems monitoring and visualization tools
    Expertise in Jenkins or GitLab pipeline for CI/CD pipeline construction and management.
    The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $89,200 - $110,500 annually.
