- Designing, developing and maintaining super-efficient CI/CD pipelines
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining build, development and test environments
- Evaluating, experimenting and migrating tools and solutions
- Collaborating with feature teams from around the globe to ensure fast feedback cycles
- Collaborating with developers and architects to improve build and cycle times
- Designing, developing and maintaining tools and services that enable our software engineers to find joy in their work
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development or DevOps
- 3+ years of experience in compiled language software development (ideally C++/C#)
- Experience building and maintaining build systems in Bamboo, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (ideally Azure or GCP)
- Experience with package management systems (eg. NuGet, Conan, Artifactory)
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies
- Experience with Agile development practices
- Strong understanding of software configuration management practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- DevOps evangelist
- SRE experience
- Experience with designing and developing information radiators/dashboards
- Experience with build profiling tools (eg. Visual Studio Build Insights, gprof)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Development Enablement team. In this role, you will be helping develop and maintain a CI/CD pipeline for our enterprise's on-premise video security solution. We have a hybrid setup with a mix of cloud and in-house infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying, managing, and maintaining both real hardware systems and solutions and cloud-based ones. With good infrastructure and code and software engineering skills, you will be helping automate the delivery of our solutions while ensuring we have reliable, repeatable, and auditable processes.
We have been consistently developing and growing our solution over many years, so our tech stack is a broad mix of C++ and the latest Web Development technologies and practices. We also have a wide range of tools to work with these differing technologies. You would be helping us evaluate, consolidate, and design the tools and frameworks that can provide our developers with the fastest and most reliable feedback.
