Quorum is currently looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team.

We're on a mission to transform car dealership operations across North America through innovative software (SaaS) and services that enrich the customer journey and drive profitability for dealers.

This role is responsible for understanding our customers and how our solutions impact their careers.

Our Product Managers work closely with our design and development teams to improve on existing solutions and bring new and innovative concepts to the market.

In this role, you will oversee one of the most strategic applications in our product portfolio:
Autovance (Desking, F&I Menu and Digital Retailing)

Here is what we will expect from you at work:

Deliver on our product vision, product strategy and product goals by evangelizing for your product in everything you do.

Form deep partnerships with some of our most strategic customer's, advocating for their wants and needs (storytelling) from product inception right through to user acceptance testing.

Curate and prioritize product enhancement requests (Ideas) as well as define and execute on your product initiative roadmap within Aha
Prioritize, refine, and review the backlog of work for your team of software developers and QA within Jira (Scrum).

Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure new product offerings are delivered to the business with a robust Go-To-Market strategy.

Establish a clear understanding of the market in which your product competes and how we position it against the competition.

Become the market expert on one of Canada's most trusted Desking Tool.

Here is the kind of candidate we are looking for:
3-5 years' experience in Product Management, with demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Effective working skills of Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Word (Aha is a nice-to-have).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Technical background, strong data, and analytical skills.
Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to identify unknown problems, collect data, establish facts, and work to discover valid solutions.
Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable.
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
Energetic, positive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
