- Oversee, document, review, and assess contractor's compliance with contractual requirements.
- Take accurate and detailed measurements of all work performed by the contractor to ensure accurate payments for work performed.
- Assist the Contract Administrator in preparing various internal/external reports and other status reports to Client.
- Assist the Contract Administrator with the review of contractor submissions (critical path schedules, change proposals, etc.) for compliance with contractual obligations.
- Confirm the appropriate qualifications and certifications for all contractor employees, resources, and equipment.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in engineering. Preferably in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
