    Description

    As the Collections Specialist you are responsible for managing collections for a portfolio of accounts. This role calls for time management skills, your passion for solving problems and exceptional communication skills.

  • Perform outbound calls to collect past due arrears
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and proven collection work experience
  • Respond to inquiries regarding delinquent accounts
  • Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis, review and resolve billing related issues
  • 2-5+ years of working in Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work proactively
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and proven collection work experience
  • 2-5+ years of working in Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience

    Understanding of basic accounting principles and proven collection work experience
