Description

Orium is looking for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing Manager to maintain two distinct organizational brands and drive traffic/engagement across digital and social properties for a B2B professional services firm.

The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Demand Marketing, and is responsible for the integrated digital marketing strategy, including execution, optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize PPC and SEM campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, 6Sense, and other relevant platforms
  • Execute and optimize SEO strategies designed to maximize performance across onsite and offsite SEO, with regular research and monitoring of performance using SEMRush, Search Console, and other relevant tools
  • Execute and optimize social media campaigns, A/B experiments, and conversion tests to maximize the reach and impact of paid and organic tactics
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to ensure that our content topics/strategy, landing pages, and keywords are aligned to our traffic and digital engagement goals
  • Measure, analyze, and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including evaluation of target audience experience across multiple channels/touchpoints, assess results against goals, and share actionable insights/recommendations
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Skills and Qualifications

  • 35 years of demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, PPC/display advertising campaign, and other relevant channels
  • Experience conducting market trend and keyword research using SEMRush or similar tools
  • Datadriven thinking and strong analytical skills, able to measure, analyze, and report on digital marketing outcomes through analytics platforms like Google Analytics and HubSpot marketing analytics and provide recommendations
  • Experience with B2B organic social posting and engagement
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail with a focus on grammar

Is this Role a Fit for You?
The Digital Marketing Manager role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration; hypothesis building and experimentation; and a drive for measurable outcomes.

You'll find fulfillment in the role if you:

  • Obsess over outcomes. You see a plan as the means to an end and embrace experimentation and iteration as tools for driving incremental results.
  • Find passion in new challenges. Every chance to learn new things and explore new ideas excites you.
  • Thoroughly enjoy collaborative work. Knowledge sharing and the chance to be part of a team who coown the output, instead of a solo hero who lives and dies by their work alone, is important to you.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Benefits and Perks

  • Enjoy a flexible schedule of fulltime hours. As a remotefirst organization, we care about the work you do, but it's up to you to choose where and how you do it.
  • Explore ongoing opportunities for professional development: training, conferences, certifications, and inhouse peer mentorship.
  • Experiment with new techniques, wear multiple hats and learn about new disciplines.
  • Pursue independent projects, explore new ideas, and challenge yourself in your field with dedicated "Awesome time" (selfdirected professional development) annually and quarterly training budgets.
  • On top of standard medical and dental coverage, we offer benefits like a parental leave topup plan, an EAP, mental health coverage, virtual healthcare and a minimum vacation policy.
  • Our Toronto HQ is a modern, ergonomic space complete with hotelling standing/sitting desks available and an openconcept social atmosphere.
  • Additional perks are available including inhouse mindfulness sessions, an employee stock option plan, remote group gettogethers, and more

Performance and Growth Expectations
We emphasize accountability for outcomes, but autonomy in activities.

Your work will be measured across a number of data points (peer, leader & project team feedback) and will also be measured on the basis of client and user satisfaction.

Your growth path is in your hands— you'll have ongoing meetings with your leader to help determine your path, but your progress will be based on what you hope to achieve and how you choose to access the resources available to you.
