Vos principales responsabilités
Développer des solutions front-end, back-end ou des composants pour l'infrastructure;
Déboguer et maintenir les solutions existantes;
Travailler en collaboration avec les différentes équipes de notre entreprise.
Ou plus précisément:
Analyser, réfléchir, proposer des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés;
Travailler avec des technologies :
frontend comme et Vuetify 1.5/2.x;
backend comme PHP 7 ou NodeJS 10;
d'infrastructure comme Terraform et Google Cloud;
Rédiger des tests unitaires et d'intégration pour assurer une stabilité de nos technologies;
Participer aux tests de charge et à l'optimisation des composantes pour soutenir un gros volume;
Participer à la revue de code et les correctifs;
Assurer la compréhension par une bonne documentation.
On utilise ces outils:
GitLab (pour le code et les pipelines);
Slack (pour les communications);
Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc) (Pour l'organisation);
Jira (pour la planification et le suivi);
Et plusieurs autres outils cloud.
On te veut si:
Tu es débrouillarde/débrouillard et autonome;
Motivé/e, motivante/motivant;
Tu adores apprendre, mais aussi donner aux autres.
Minimum requis:
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un contexte comparable (si tu as un diplôme universitaire, c'est encore mieux);
De l'expérience dans au moins une des sphères suivantes : Frontend, Backend, Infrastructure.
On s'attend à ce que:
Tu organises ta semaine de travail de 37.5h en fonction des minimums requis (9h à 16h EST/DST);
Tu sois présent, en vidéo avec la gang durant ce temps. Un headset, une caméra et une connexion internet sont donc requis;
Tu communiques avec tous et chacun en utilisant les outils de l'entreprise comme Slack, Google Workspace, Jira et GitLab;
Tu puisses communiquer principalement en français, mais aussi en anglais.

Nous sommes une équipe distribuée et recherchons des gens capables d'être efficaces avec un minimum de supervision. Pour réussir dans votre rôle, vous devez collaborer et communiquer efficacement de manière asynchrone avec un maximum d'autonomie et un minimum de supervision.
Tu dois également posséder une installation nécessaire pour effectuer ton travail, ceci inclus:
Une caméra web de qualité raisonnable pour participer aux vidéoconférences de l'équipe. On veut te voir;
Un casque d'écoute et un environnement propice pour discuter avec tes collègues via Google Meet ou Slack;
Une connexion internet stable d'un minimum de 15 mbps.
