    Print Production Associate

    The ideal candidate will be a crucial part of a dynamic environment, operating advanced machinery for various printing and binding processes.

    This position is well-suited for individuals eager to develop their skills in a technically advanced and supportive workplace.

    • 12-month contract.
    • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
    • Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

    Responsibilities:




    • Operate various equipment including envelope insertion machines, hydraulic cutters, perfect and coil binding machines, as well as folding and kitting systems.
    • Manage tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
    • Provide support to all client associate positions to ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables.
    • Offer backup and support during peak workload times, establishing support coverage schedules with operations managers and site leads.
    • Engage in the training of new employees and support administrative tasks as needed.
    • Communicate process improvements identified during the support period to the site lead and manager.
    • Provide operational support for print, mail, courier, and imaging operations, ensuring excellent customer communication and client service.
    What you will need to succeed:


    • high school diploma or equivalent.
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service.
    • Ability and willingness to learn and develop.
    • Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner.
    • Able to work effectively in team or individual settings with minimal supervision.
    • Capacity to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Proficiency in resolving and escalating issues.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Competent with computer systems.
    • Basic knowledge of file conversion or graphic arts applications, such as Adobe Acrobat.
