    looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide office administrative support to the Executive

    Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

    • Exhibit polite and professional communication via telephone, email and mail. Respond
    to enquiries and support visitors


    • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, taking minutes, file maintenance,
    copying/scanning, office supply inventory management, document preparation, and
    general office services


    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and meeting spaces; prepare agenda and other
    materials for meetings; distribute minutes to team members; and assist with
    planning/organizing events as required


    • Draft communication for letters, reports, and/or presentations as required, gather,
    compile, verify and analyze information
    The position is ideal for an individual who has:


    • Has a high level of competence with MS Office, Outlook, Zoom and familiarity with both
    Mac and PC computers


    • Has strong writing, minute taking and research skills
    • Is detail-oriented with superior spelling, grammar and proofreading skills
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing work demands
    • Approachable and helpful
    • Has ability to effectively organize virtual and in-person meetings
    • Is able to accommodate occasional early morning and evening meetings

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Post-secondary education in business administration or at least 2 years of office
    administrative experience


    • Experience with virtual and in-person meeting coordination and minute-taking if an
    asset
