    Description
    beBee Professionals is seeking a Nonprofit Legal Advisor to join our team in Ottawa.

    The successful candidate will provide legal advice and guidance to our nonprofit clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


    The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario.

    The candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in nonprofit law, including experience in corporate governance, tax law, and contract law.

    The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    In this role, the Nonprofit Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our nonprofit clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    The advisor will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice on corporate governance matters, and providing legal advice on tax matters.
