PROFESIONAL SERVICES MANAGER

Location:
Remote (But one should be available to travel to Regina Saskatchewan Canada on need basis)

Certifications & Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or Engineering
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) or Master's Certificate in Project Management is preferred

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 10 years' business experience.
Proven experience required in managing and directing resources in professional services capacity in the delivery of customer solutions.
Minimum 2 years' experience with providing proposals for Cybersecurity services & solutions.
Minimum 2 years' experience with providing proposals for IT Forensic services.
Working knowledge of and experience with Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST etc.
Working knowledge of and experience with Azure cloud environments and Azure services in customer environments.
Working knowledge of and experience with O365 environments and O365 services in customer environments.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with IT talent recruitment services.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in developing solicited/unsolicited customer proposals and customer contracts.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing & negotiating contracts with vendors, partners and consultants.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with planning, recruitment, coordination, and management of the resources needed to effectively support major projects.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and internally at all levels of the organization up to and including corporate executive.
Experience with conducting an effective needs analysis of a customer's business operation and business drivers.
Knowledge of SaskTel's business products and service offerings.
Excellent analytical, planning, organizing, and coordinating abilities.
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing cross divisional project teams and working with various stakeholders including Executive Management with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with all levels of the company to achieve results.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing IT projects (i.e. Infrastructure, Software, Telecommunications) including but not limited to managing requirements, solution design, solution development and testing.
Relevant North American Telecom experience.
Experience providing consultation to internal and external clients with regards to professional services.
Minimum 2 years' experience in managing project deliverables, managing the schedule, budget, scope, issues, risks, and communications.
Ability to engage and interact with clients on needs, scope projects and deliver on project demands.
Provides logical thinking, troubleshooting, presentation, and communication skills with a strong drive for results.
