The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and the company's Legal department.

What You'll DoPrepare various presentations, reports, projects and other compositions
Process and code expense reports and invoices
Manage the SVP's calendar and coordinate travel arrangements
Screen and handle incoming inquiries, responding to various requests on SVP's behalf
Assist with onboarding and offboarding, as well as internal department changes
IT troubleshooting
Maintain filing systems, including opening and closing files
Organize retreats and department events
Other administrative and general support as needed
What You Bring
~3-5 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience
~ Experience in a legal environment is considered an asset
~ Legal Administrative Assistant certificate is beneficial
~ Strong computer proficiency including advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Work and Outlook), experience with Worldox is an asset
~ Extremely effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
~ Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines
~ Team-oriented and adaptable to changing requirements
