    Job Responsibilities:

    • Produce personalized domestic contracts like prenuptial and cohabitation agreements
    • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations
    • Offer legal counsel on family law issues such as divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and property settlements
    • Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements
    • Develop case strategies based on client needs and possible outcomes
    • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and stay updated on recent family law developments

    Qualifications:

    • Must be licensed to practice law in Ontario
    • Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in Family Law
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple cases with minimal supervision
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
    • Effective negotiation and problemsolving skills
    • Commitment to ethics and integrity
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and software
