    The successful candidate will be leading day-to-day office responsibilities while supporting our front-line team that spans across the entire Island.

    Responsibilities

    Provide ongoing support for the Kelowna Team while;
    Create a welcoming and warm environment for PepsiCo Beverage visitors and contractors
    Building, organizing, and distributing POS
    Coordinating between multiple departments
    Assist in company specific initiatives
    Assist in location specific initiatives, including organizing employee events and liaising with internal and external service providers
    Be proficient using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
    Asset management
    Merchandising in peak weeks
    Vacation coverage for the front desk

    Qualifications
    Successful completion of high school diploma
    Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
    Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Excellent communication and customer service skills
    Ability to multi-task is essential
    Attention to detail and organizational skills
    Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
