    An exciting and immediate career opportunity is currently available at WFCU Credit Union for a:
    Commercial Services Representative

    The Commercial Services Representative is responsible for supporting the commercial department by completing relevant documentation and functions in a timely and accurate manner.

    In summary, the Commercial Services Representative will:
    Review commercial credit files to determine security document requirements.
    Prepare solicitors' letter of instructions and security on assigned new commercial credit facilities.
    Review solicitors' reports related to new loan/mortgage closings to ensure their accuracy.
    Open new commercial membership accounts as required, including preparation of account documents.
    Preparation of mortgage/loan payout statements as required.
    A University level degree in a related field is required.
    Five (5) years of previous administrative experience in the real estate legal sector is required.
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
