    What you'll do

    • In-Clinic orientation of clients to the service offering of Precision Health
    • Analysis of health information and data to prepare an individualized coaching strategy
    • Connecting directly with members (in-clinic and/or virtual) to provide an overview and coaching on a new level of health awareness.
    • Working with their care team to combine data from imaging, genomics, bio analytics and physical testing to unlock visibility across every dimension of their health. Members will be provided with personalized, actionable health plans based on their unique individual needs, allowing them to reach their optimal health potential.
    • Performing clinical skills that include VO2 Max, Body Composition, Body Movement Analysis and Fitness testing on-premises
    • Developing meaningful care plan templates for members
    • Training Health Coaches who will perform certain aspect of testing to ensure the highest standards of member care and safety are met
    • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Dietitians, Nurse Practitioners, Technicians, and other staff to optimize member well-being

    Qualifications

    What you bring

    A successful candidate must have:

    • Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics or Kinesiology and 1-2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, ideally including leadership responsibilities
    • CSEP Exercise Physiologist certifications complete or in-process
    • Health & Wellness Coaching experience
    • Experience and interest in preventative health and education with desire for growth
    • Strongly skilled in communication, interpersonal interaction, organization, and time management
    • Passionate for all things technology - comfortable working with electronic medical record systems, iPads, and other state-of-the-art systems
    • Passionate for problem solving and implementing technological solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency
    • Experience with leadership and training utilizing a coaching approach, or strong willingness to learn this
    • Proficient in Google Suite applications

    A successful candidate may also have:

    • Master's degree considered an asset
    • Multidisciplinary experience an asset
    • Current CPR Certificate
