We are looking for a driven, high-energy individual with strong business acumen, solid technical skills and sales knowledge to join our Sales enablement team as a Sales Enablement coordinator.

What you'll do


As a Sales Enablement Coordinator on the TELUS Health Sales Team, you will take part in the many initiatives that are in place and will be developed to enable the sales team to go to market with strong tools and strategies to help employers to take care of their employees' health.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Sales Team members and managers by contributing to the go to market strategy to enable the team to their goals.

You will ensure that we deliver on our business objectives without compromising a best-in-class customer experience.


Your key responsibilities include:


  • Leading the training plan for new hires as well as ongoing training for the team members and other strategic key stake holders as well as manage the strategic communication plan
  • Support strategic discussions and recommendations at the manager, director, and VP level
  • Coordinate workshops and sales meetings to enable the sales team to be trained, informed and updated on the latest product offering and operational processes
  • Manage lead distribution amongst the Sales Team
  • Collaborate with different teams to maximize Sales Efficiency
  • Enable strong interlock and teamwork across all segments of the organization to ensure strategic and transformational initiatives are aligned
  • Analyze and communicate business results

Qualifications:


Minimum requirements

  • 12 years of corporate experience
  • Experience with B2B customers
  • Perfect bilingualism English and French

Preferred requirements

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills (English and French mandatory)
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment and managing conflicting priorities
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel or Google Suite is required
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations
  • Postsecondary degree in business, economics, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Proven problemsolving, strategic, and analytical capabilities
  • Passion for working in a dynamic, high performance culture with a strong focus on improving operations and the customer experience
