Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the construction, startup, and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, communication, security.
Assist the Project Team to ensure the project complies with engineering standards, codes, drawings, and specification
Prepare mechanical, electrical, and commissioning schedule data for integration with overall project schedule.
Work with BIM coordinator and subcontractors through clash detection process.
Skills & Experience

Requirements:

25 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Coordination.
ICI construction experience, with experience organization, following quality control procedures.
Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently
Postsecondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field

Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with
Mechanical Coordinator, Electrical Coordinator, Mechanical and electrical Coordinator, ICI, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Institutional Construction, New Build, Renovations, Retrofits
