    A leading construction company specializing in high-rise projects, is actively seeking an accomplished Proposal Manager to join its dynamic team in Mississauga.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the proposal development process from initiation to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for proposal content.
    • Write, edit, and format proposals in alignment with company standards and client requirements.
    • Review proposal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with RFP/RFQ instructions.
    • Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop winning strategies for proposals.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Must be proficient in InDesign**
    • Proposal Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing the proposal process for construction projects, preferably in the ICI and/or highrise sector.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
    • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of proposal documents.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a proposal management role within the construction industry or a related field.
    • Education: Postsecondary degree/diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
    Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with:
    Proposal Management, Construction Proposals, RFP/RFQ, ICI, High-rise. Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Institutional Construction.
