Compugen is seeking an HRIS Project Manager for a 1 year contract starting in the beginning of January. You must live local and available to be on site as required.

Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, you will work with to plan, execute and track progress of the project using client's project delivery methodology.

You will manage and track project issues, risks, and change requests with the System Integrator.

You will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution integration expertise to effectively deliver HRIS technology into client's business environment to achieve our expected business results.

You will provide functional and technical knowledge & manage HR client relationships.

Mandatory Qualification:

At least 5 years of Project Management experience in business system implementations
Proven track record of managing business system implementations successfully, on time and under budget
You have previous Project Management experience with cloud SaaS HRIS implementations
You have implemented enterprise HRIS solutions before (at least two endtoend implementations)
You have a deep understanding of HR processes, are comfortable working with various stakeholders from HR leaders to solution architects
You are a selfstarter who can work effectively as part of a team; inperson and remotely
You are curious and not afraid to spend significant amount of time researching even the smallest topics
You possess strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication and presentation skills
You have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
You possess a bachelor's degree or higher

Non-Mandatory, but Nice to Have Qualifications

You have previous employment in a Human Resourcesrelated capacity
You have previous implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Workday, or other fullsuite HRIS solutions
You are certified or accredited in one or more modules within a leading HRIS solution
You possess a PMP certification (or equivalent)
