Administrative Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assisting Admin Team: Sales & Service
  • Sales Team: Creating Sales Order, Generate Invoices, Issuing internal/external Purchase Orders, Daily Coordination & Follow up within the team and Factory
  • Service Team: Quotes Preparation, Issuing Internal/external Purchase Orders, Parts Shipment, Daily Communication/Coordination with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow up with customers on pending service and purchase orders.
  • Other tasks/duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Manufacturing industry experience is an asset.
  • Adaptive, keen learner, focused, detailed oriented, can work in fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • 23 experience in customer service or administrative experience
  • Execute tasks in timely manner
