Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals
Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
Strong social media graphic design abilities, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Contribute to ideation and planning for social feeds, including planning content, writing captions, and scheduling posts
Create shortform video content using your mobile phone
Manage and grow our online community by engaging with followers, ensuring questions, comments and messages are responded to across platforms for clients in a timely manner at various points throughout the day
Excellent copywriting and captionwriting skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and editing abilities
You have above par time management with an ability to manage multiple priorities, balance deadlines
Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
Monitor social media performance metrics and use data to make inform future content and campaign decisions
Collaborate with the other departments to ensure that social media efforts are integrated into our overall marketing and communications plan
Stay uptodate with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies and tools

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, brand management, digital media or communications
Proven experience as a social media marketing specialist or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and business goals
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or medical device marketing is a plus
