- Evaluate athletes and assess areas of improvement
- Lead practice sessions
- Cultivate and enrich the skills and capabilities of athletes
- Manage and synchronize competitive schedules and programs
- Inspire and prime athletes for competitive events or games
- Prepare game plans
- Review games on video, teach athletes to learn from their mistakes
- Completion of a coaching program a valuable asset
- A minimum of one year of experience in a soccer coaching role is mandatory
- Must be in good physical condition
- No criminal record
- Must be available to travel frequently to other cities in Ontario, and periodically across Canada.
