terminal in Elverson, PA.

What Will You Do?

Administer onboarding / orientation of all new drivers at the Baden location
Provides training in company policy, procedures for drivers, yard and dock staff
Provides training in policy, procedures in compliance with all local, provincial/state and federal rules, regulations and laws.
Uses established training materials to present formal class training exercises and lab work to students.
Uses established training materials to present training exercises and practice in preparing students to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle.
Must be willing to travel to other Erb Terminals
All other duties as required.

Who Are We Looking For?

Must hold a valid Class A Ontario Commercial Driver's License and have a good driving record.
Fleet Driver Trainer Certification will be required.
A minimum of 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience.
Preferred Endorsements: Hazardous Materials, Z (Air Brake)
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Able to comply with Ministry of Transportation Medical Requirements
Forklift Instructor Certification preferred.
Be patient and a good leader to students
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have basic computer capabilities
