- Develop and maintain the knowledge base (KB) library for supporting the Kronos/UKG Pro Workforce Management application. Ensure that all manuals and documentation are kept current for any procedural or software version upgrades.

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, Information Systems, or Engineering.
