    You'll lead your team to deliver the best possible experience to your customers, fulfilling their individual eye care needs, working alongside highly passionate Optometrists, and hitting some exciting goals along the way.

    What we need from you:

    • Leadership & People - 3-5 years of experience in management is a must. You'll cultivate a strong bond with your store optometrist and ASM. Partnering with your store leadership to inspire, motivate, and develop your team and always staying focused on your people and customers.
    • Customer Experience - Lead from the floor. You are the beacon of what outstanding customer experience looks like and you train your team to deliver the same.
    • Celebrate individuality - Being honest and helping people find their looks by guiding customers to find that perfect pair of frames.
    • Growth and development - Create a team of future leaders, growing and developing your pipeline for future stores and opportunities.
    • Positive energy - Leading with enthusiasm and proactive to help your team and customers. You love being in a fast-paced environment, willing to take on a challenge all with a can-do attitude.

    • Optical Experience - while not a necessity, previous experience is a big plus in this role.
    • Goals - Create an environment in the store so the team is clear on the daily goals and help remove roadblocks for the team to achieve them.
    • Community - Work with your SM and Optometrist to identify opportunities to network locally and participate in managing the product seeding budget and community events.
