    Description
    We're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits to join our Compensation and Benefits team in Montreal. The Benefits Manager will monitor the various plans and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.

    They will also stay informed of industry changes and new developments to help the business keep up with best practice standards.

    Develop and administer the employee benefits package, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans
    Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including billing, enrollment, and changes
    Report benefits-related data and trends to P&C leadership group
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Actuarial Science will be an asset)
    Minimum of five years of relevant benefits management experience US and Canada

    Relevant experience of benefits programs in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and Asia–Pacific ( APAC ) regions will be an asset.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Workday)
    Ability to do your job in a truly flexible hybrid environment (3 days/week in office);
