General Manager Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, budget and managing expenses
Employee on-boarding, scheduling, and training
Evaluating productivity and performance, and implementing strategies for business growth in our community
Co-ordinating staff during their shifts and motivate team to produce a high standard of service
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
2+ years Restaurant Management Experience
Safe Food Handler Certificate, Smart Serve, First Aid certification required
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of current Health & Safety programs and requirements
Business acumen and ability to represent the store and brand at public functions or events
Strategic business planning, strong social and intrapersonal skills

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
