Reports to:
Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Retail Experience

Location:
Vancouver, BC

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the COBS Bread Marketing Team in our Vancouver Support Office.

This position will provide strategic Marketing Plans for 160+ bakeries across Canada.

Key responsibilities include:

Local Store Marketing strategy utilizing custom packages to support bakery opportunities and omnichannel marketing tactics such as paid and organic digital, media, and loyalty communication
Develop Bakery Opening and Renovation Marketing plans
Oversee Community Marketing initiatives including national fundraisers and End of Day Giving Program efforts
Manage Operations Team training on Marketing Efforts at a bakery level
Accurately report and analyze on Marketing Programs throughout evolution, to postevaluation
Support Marketing Coordinator in Local Marketing Programs, Local Marketing Toolkit, and Franchisee and Operations Team inquiries
Manage Local Marketing fund
Manage key agency relationships to drive effectives to Local Marketing strategies
Marketing Projects and all other duties assigned as required

Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years' experience in a specialist role strategizing omni-channel Marketing Programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing administrative functions and processes in an office environment
Proactive work approach demonstrating high level of initiative and urgency
Maintain a high level of customer service with a positive and professional attitude
Knowledge of Retail and/or Franchising is an asset
