    Description

    You will be responsible for leading and coordinating construction crews and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

    Your role will involve overseeing work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project plans and specifications.

    Works alongside the team performing all carpentry duties, including but not limited to window installation, framing, addressing decay concerns, caulking, insulation placement, installation of interior and exterior trim, and sheathing and papering.

    Effectively manages every project from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of job site operations, regardless of project size.

    Collaborates closely with the Project Manager or coordinator to guarantee seamless execution of all project milestones.
    Contributes to the estimation of materials and labor costs essential for project planning.
    Ensures adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
    Assumes a leadership role in maintaining high standards of quality control and safety on site.

    ~ Competent in preventing and managing on-site injury incidents.
    ~ Red seal certified is considered an asset.
    ~ Strong technical skills (Word, Excel, MS Project an asset).
