Summary:


As Marketing Specialist - eMail Jouneys, you will create and execute strategic, automated campaigns that drive customer engagement, revenue, upsell and cross-sell, including cross-sell to Bell Services.

You will analyze CRM customer and campaign performance data, identify and size opportunities, develop and execute plans to improve existing journey performance, and build new ones.

This is a rich, high-impact portfolio with the opportunity to support revenue growth and transform how we build long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify opportunities for new automated marketing touchpoints, responding to customer signals and maximizing the capabilities of Journey Builder in SFMC;
  • Develop and implement new journeys: create and manage workback schedules, brief and review creative, recommend audience targeting strategies, test, review results, share learnings, & make recommendations for future campaigns;
  • Develop strategies for segmentation, personalization, lifecycle, churn and trigger campaigns that support customer experience and revenue goals;
  • Work with CRM and BI analysts to analyze and report weekly on campaign results and KPI's, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities. Maintain formal process to update and share findings with stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional business units including Merchandising, Retail Marketing, eCommerce, Content and Creative to support and optimize key opportunities CRM channels via gaining approval and buyin;
  • Develop, initialize and set up testing strategies for communications to ensure most effective approach and to ensure constant learning and optimization;
  • Work alongside external marketing agencies to execute projects and manage timelines;

Critical Qualifications:


  • 13 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign execution;
  • Postsecondary education in Business, Marketing or Communications/Advertising or equivalent;
  • Experience and knowledge of direct marketing strategy and tactics, including A-B testing, test & control, & lift over control concepts desired;
  • Sound analytic capabilities with proven experience in digital program analytics and translating campaign outcomes into informed business recommendations;
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics/GA4);
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and multitask, a high volume of project execution/implementation, while staying focused on customer needs and business results;
  • Curiosity, drive to continuously learn and improve;
  • Selfdriven and resourceful, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects with mínimal direction.
