    As a Branch Manager, you serve as the local community leader, inspiring and mentoring your team to create exceptional client experiences and drive business growth through strategic planning.     A day in the life -

    Business Development:

    • Execute the annual business plan to surpass targets and capitalize on growth opportunities, including new business acquisition and retention.
    • Inspire your team towards excellence to deliver memorable client experiences.
    • Actively engage in both business and industry communities to expand your network, enhancing the branch's presence and reputation.

    Talent Management:

    • Maintain high employee engagement through recruitment, talent nurturing, development, and career planning.
    • Dedication to continuous learning and development.
    • Cultivate a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent.
    • Empower the team to reach their highest potential performance.
    • Identify and nurture future leaders (Supervisors, Leads, Managers).

    Operational:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the branch, including corporate branding and financial performance.

    What you will bring to our team -

    Requirements

    • Thrives in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Excellent communication abilities.
    • Capable of fostering strong and productive relationships internally with staff and externally with clients.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
    • At least 3 years of experience in department or branch management.
    • Hold a Level 2 license.
    • Industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).

    Salary Expectations -

    The anticipated salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $80,000.00, subject to the candidate's skills, experience, and location, as well as the specific business line, scope, and level of the position. HUB International offers comprehensive benefits and total compensation packages, which may include health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and potential bonuses and commissions for certain roles.
