Help Desk Support individual
, to join our IT team within our

About the Position:
_This position will involve, and could require proficiency with any of the following competencies:_

Assist MacLean Engineering employees at all locations with all help desk related activities including hardware and software support.
Responsible for the initial setup, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software.
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT related hardware and software and ensure the integrity of these assets via periodic audits.
Strong organizational and time management skills are important to succeed in this role.
Degree of Certification in an IT related field (or related experience)
Must be bilingual (English and French)
A+ Certification, LAN/WAN experience an asset.
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 office products.
Knowledge of Bitdefender and Ubuntu an asset.
