At Enbridge, we are looking for a Supervisor, Program Innovation who will provide leadership to the team that will be responsible for the strategic design and development of sector plans, strategies, and associated program offerings.

Specific Accountabilities- Responsible for the development of Commercial / Industrial sector plans and offer strategies to support the achievement of demand side management (DSM) goals.

- Organize and resource the team to lead the development of:

  • Sector and Offer Plans
  • Market research and data analysis to support both in year and forward-looking activities
  • Identify, develop, and implement pilot programs, and market research
  • Trade Ally Network strategic development and implementation strategy
  • Specific partner outreach accountabilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to develop team members and support the achievement of personal and professional goals.
  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of responses to regulatory inquiries as well as ensure the availability of evidence to support various regulatory filings.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership team regarding future outlook regarding opportunities and priorities.
  • Engaging as a member of the Program Design team, gaining alignment on strategies/approaches and common leadership issues, and collaborating to support accomplishment of the goals of all team members.
  • Lead all aspects of the day-to-day activities of internal team resources, leading, handling and motivating reports to achieve department goals and targets.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- University degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field with a minimum seven years of experience in energy conservation.- 7+ years of progressive experience in the energy industry in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Institutional market sectors- Outstanding leader with proven project and budget management skills, including financial analysis, strategic and analytical skill- Strong communications, interpersonal and leadership abilities; including developing employees and change management- Excellent written and oral communication; including internal and external presentations or speaking opportunities- Ability to provide compelling efforts to guide others and develop respected and positive working relationships with wide range of internal and external partner groups.- Strong problem solving and negotiation experience with both internal and external parties- Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.- Training or certification in Energy Management (CEM), DSM Program Management, Project Management or Measurement and Verification would be an asset.

Internally, this role is titled as Supervisor C/I Program Design.
