    • Les principales fonctions du comprennent :

  • Planifier et superviser toutes les activités au garage afin d'assurer une productivité maximale à l'aide du logiciel de gestion "VMS"
  • Faire des recommandations et obtenir les devis requis afin de maintenir les installations à niveau lors du processus annuel d'élaboration des budgets
  • Participer à l'établissement du budget du garage et faire les évaluations sur une base mensuelle en collaboration avec le directeur de la division en tenant compte des objectifs et des écarts possibles sur les prévisions
  • S'assurer que la flotte de la division répond aux exigences des gouvernements et de l'entreprise
  • Maintenir la salubrité, la sûreté et le respect des normes environnementales aux installations
  • Surveiller les rapports d'inspection de freins, de la sécurité et de l'entretien préventif
  • Rédiger un rapport mensuel à l'attention du directeur régional de la maintenance
  • Participer aux programmes de formation de l'entreprise qui visent à assurer le respect de la réglementation en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement

    • Les exigences envers le superviseur de l'entretien mécanique diesel :

  • Secondaire 5
  • Certificat professionnel de mécanique générale/lourde
  • Expérience pratique en mécanique diesel
  • Au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience en supervision d'équipe et de flotte de véhicules
  • Connaissance du système VMS ou d'un logiciel de gestion de maintenance
  • De fortes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en gestion du personnel
  • Une excellente maîtrise des systèmes informatiques
  • Fera l'objet d'une vérification des antécédents et d'un test de dépistage des drogues
