DEPT - Project Initiation / Coordination With Account Manager
- Meet with Account Manager to review project details and budget.
- Be diligent in asking questions to obtain the necessary details to effectively run the project.
- Coordinate shop drawings. Obtain client signoff via Account Manager.
- Coordinate and ensure invoicing / payments are done according to terms.
- Provide regular updates to Account Manager regarding project status.
DEPT - Pricing / Awarding Suppliers
- Create PSL (Project Supplier List).
- Work with suppliers to obtain best pricing / value and ensure ontime production.
- Have PO's created and send to all vendors.
- Ensure order confirmations are received from all vendors.
DEPT - Production
- Add Project to "Production Schedule" SmartSheet and keep uptodate
- Coordinate logistics of parts between suppliers and/or MAXXiT.
- Coordinate time and work to be done at MAXXiT shop.
- Provide Packing Slip to Shipping Dept with correct contact, address, product and / or any other info requested by client (i.e. PO #)
- Coordinate logistics of project between MAXXiT and client.
- Coordinate installation.
