    Join our team at our beauty salon located in Westmount, the second-largest Avanti Le Spa beauty salon and spa. Situated on Victoria Avenue, near Sherbrooke Street, our salon offers all our signature services, including makeup academy courses. Our location boasts a serene view overlooking a canopy of trees, with colors changing with the seasons, providing a tranquil atmosphere for both clients and staff.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, and hair treatments.
    • Listen attentively to clients' needs and desires, providing expert advice.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
    • Assist in promoting salon services within the Westmount community.
    • Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences.
    • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist.
    • Certification or license as a Hair Stylist.
    • Ability to provide professional advice and recommend products.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Willingness to contribute to the tranquil atmosphere of the Westmount salon.

    Description:
    Rejoignez notre équipe dans notre salon de beauté situé à Westmount, le deuxième plus grand salon de beauté et spa Avanti Le Spa. Situé sur l'avenue Victoria, près de la rue Sherbrooke, notre salon offre tous nos services exclusifs, y compris des cours à notre académie de maquillage. Notre emplacement offre une vue sereine sur une canopée d'arbres dont les couleurs changent avec les saisons, offrant une atmosphère tranquille aussi bien pour les clients que pour le personnel.

    Responsabilités:
    • Réaliser une variété de services capillaires, y compris les coupes, les colorations, le coiffage et les traitements capillaires.
    • Écouter attentivement les besoins et les désirs des clients, en fournissant des conseils d'expert.
    • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé, y compris les outils et l'équipement.
    • Participer à la promotion des services du salon au sein de la communauté Westmount.
    • Tenir des dossiers précis des services fournis et des préférences des clients.
    • Assister aux réunions du personnel et aux sessions de formation.

    Exigences:
    • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Coiffeur/Coiffeuse.
    • Certification ou licence en tant que Coiffeur/Coiffeuse.
    • Capacité à fournir des conseils professionnels et à recommander des produits.
    • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication.
    • Volonté de contribuer à l'atmosphère tranquille du salon de Westmount.
