    Charmed Aroma has over 1 million followers on social media and sold over 5 million units Duties and ResponsibilitiesCome up with creative pitches, conceptual artwork on future products based on the company's product management roadmapCreate mood boards and inspiration for product launches (photoshoots, digital ads, social posts and newsletter)Label Design & Packaging Design for our future product pipelineLead the concept of an entire products line (jewelry, glass jar, fragrance, label, and etc) and execute itTrend reports on what's the " in " thing for this (month, quarter, year, etc.)Participate/lead survey creations to identify what our customers want/needPitch new and interesting designs suitable for Charmed Aroma productsDraw, sketch, visualize new designs for Charmed AromaEnsure projects are finished on time and are coherent with the brandWhat You Will NeedYou have a passion for home decor, jewelry, and bath and body products Experience with photo editingWork well in fast-paced team settings and ability to meet tight deadlines on a continual basisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to take direction but also lead a teamAbility to manage vendor relationshipsPositive attitude, team-oriented, optimistic, flexible, solutions thinker, problem solverYou're a hands-on and resourceful Please attach a portfolio of your work.
