Establish and maintain robust cyber security policies and standards to ensure data protection and compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.Oversee the design and implementation of security systems and technologies to safeguard organizational assets.
Recruit and manage a team of cyber security professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and clear role definitions.Monitor and refine cyber security practices, reporting on key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
