How you will make a difference

  • Assists with onboarding initiatives and processes
  • Manages the flow of new hires and acts as a point of contact during onboarding
  • Preplans and handles logistics for virtual and inclass training events and certifications including venue sourcing and system design
  • Organizes and schedules trainers and various presenters/stakeholders for relevant workshops
  • Facilitates workshops as needed
  • Supports Learning Management System administration including enrollments, course management and system structure
  • Coordinates and sends professional communications
  • Enhances processes, looks beyond the status quo
  • Supports with reporting and analytics
  • Traveling within North America as needed (maximum 15%)


We are looking for a
Sales Enablement Specialist who will work closely with our Account Executive sales teams and stakeholders across business units, handling a variety of efforts related to our Sales Enablement programs.

These responsibilities include Learning Management System administration, reporting and analytics, workshop logistics, training sessions along with onboarding scheduling and assistance for new team members in the Sales organization.


Our sales teams are geographically dispersed and their ability to perform continuously at peak levels is critical to our success.


Preferred qualifications & key skills

  • Learning Management system administration, design and reporting
  • Leading presentations and providing facilitation for events
  • Leading adult training, adult education, or similar responsibilities
  • Passion for technology and learning
  • Navigating in a fastpaced environment, shifting as needed to meet business requirements
  • Balancing and prioritizing multiple efforts
  • Change management experience
  • Detail oriented, organizational skills, cando attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships quickly
  • Assisting and collaborating with others
  • Working autonomously while understanding the value and power of a team

Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a full sales cycle role responsible for bringing in new B2B business
  • Professional experience providing program coordination, logistics, and reporting
  • Ability to travel within North America (maximum 15%)
  • Currently holds or willing to acquire a valid US passport
  • Successfully complete preemployment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
