Unifiller is a global company that specializes in bakery and food production technology. We design and build a wide range of depositors, fillers, pumps, and customized production systems. Founded in 1988 the company is privately owned. We look for passionate people who want to contribute to our customer's success through consultative selling, advice and support. We create the easy way for our customers.

We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time, Material Handler who will be responsible to ensure that all goods internal and external are put away in the correct work areas.

This is a entry-level position and is great for someone who is looking to work in a friendly, multicultural, work environment.

Duties include:

Physical movement of product within the factory to work centres or part locations. Job order kitting and material movement activities.
Work closely with planning and manufacturing supervisors to keep job orders on schedule.
Advise Production and Purchasing of material outages.
Verify inventories and part locations as required.
Support the Company goal of Zero Lost Time accidents through safe work practices and use of required safety equipment.
Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience in material handling
Mechanical aptitude
Reasonable English speaking, reading, and comprehension is required for training, understanding instructions and safety orientation.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift 50lbs on occasion without assistance and stand for long periods of time.
Time management and prioritization skills.
Basic computer literacy.
