_Area of Responsibilities_


  • Manage and Supervise LVTS/Lynx 1stor 2nd shift as assigned
  • Record and report cashflows to treasury before cut off times.
  • Coordinate with Agents, Corporate, Commercial, Retail and other Departments wherever required.
  • Participate in projects identified for new processes or enhancement to existing processes
  • Manage and provide information to COPS and CBG
  • MIS preparation, maintenance and publishing wherever necessary
  • Communicate with other departments, Banks, service providers and external parties for operational related processes
  • Understand customer impacting areas in processes and support fixes.
  • Movement and transfer of files and other material related to Operations Department.
  • Adhere to processes and policies as per Bank's PAC Notes, Regulatory guidelines and SOX documents.
  • Follow up effectively on delegated assignments/tasks/communications and escalate in timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager or designate from time to time.
  • Draft new DOMs/process notes as required. Timely annual review of PAC notes. Provide process inputs to PAC notes referred by other groups.
  • SOX Testing/Walkthrough for Corporate/Commercial Operations and Compliance Self-Assessment/RCM which pertain to Corporate/Commercial Operations.
  • Handle Internal/External audits, timely closure and compliance of audit observations.

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
